Helping you feel more like yourself again-physically, mentally, and in real life

Pregnancy and motherhood don’t always look or feel the way people expect.

Your body changes. Your energy shifts. Your emotions can feel unfamiliar.

This space is here to support you through that- without pressure, extremes, or unrealistic expectations

Our Services

I offer one-on-one support for woman navigating pregnancy and postpartum.

These sessions are designed to help you better understand your body, your energy, and what realistic support looks like in your current season of life.

Together, we focus on:

  • “Body awareness and posture”

  • “Daily habits that support how you feel”

  • “Gentle realistic ways to rebuild strength and stability”

  • “Creating routines that actually fit your life”

This is not about perfection or pressure. This is not about handling this new season the way others expect you to. It is about meeting you where you are and helping you move forward in a way that feels manageable, supportive, and individually yours.

About

I am a Doctor of Chiropractic (licensed in St. Kitts & Nevis) and a health and wellness coach.

I work with woman during pregnancy and postpartum who feel like their body, energy, or overall sense of self has shifted in away they didn’t expect.

My approach is grounded, practical, and realistic. I focus on helping you understand your body, support your daily function, and build habits that work for your life-not against it.

I am also a mother of five, and I understand that every experience is different. Not every moment feels natural or easy, and not every connection as a new mama happens instantly. That doesn’t mean something is wrong-it means you are human.

This space is here to support you in a way that feels safe, steady, and real!
